    very tasty

I made a view changes, I didn't roast the tomatoes, I used vine ripe tomatoes. I also added orange honey and used a whole... orange very good. At first it was somewhat tart(maybe the mango) but the orange helped out the flavor a lot. Yummy with chips and going to make it with chicken tomorrow.Read more

I made this for a family gathering at my house this evening. I only used zest and juice from one lime and two oranges,... probably not as much ginger as called for, and canned diced tomatoes. But the flavors were fantastic. It was light and refreshing. The family liked it too, although my husband wouldn't even try it! Read more

This was a hit at the last family gathering I attended and was super-easy to make! I didn't use the ginger root however. I... also didn't roast tomatoes- I just purchased a can of fire-roasted tomatoes and it was delicious!Read more

    Easy and refreshing

This is one of those recipes that taste better the next day after the flavors have a chance to meld. I had trouble finding... ripe mangos so I added a little sugar to make up for the lack of sweetness. Very refreshing.Read more
