I loved this meatloaf, it was easy and quick to make. I don't like and didn't have horseradish so I omitted it. I added 2 cloves of garlic with the onion in my food chopper. As for the ketchup I used the glaze from Aunt Peggy's Meatloaf by Paula Dean for the top. Tasted even better the next day. The texture was perfect.

My partner hates horseradish...I never told him it was in the meatloaf until he was helping with the dishes...he said it was the best he had ever eaten! Thanks Guy's mum for this recipexxx
