This is soooo goooood. We make this meatloaf exactly as described once a week. Our entire family looks forward to meatloaf night every week and there are never any leftovers.

Loved it! Easy, moist and tasty. A big hit with my family. Here are my modifications: doubled recipe using 1 lb ground turkey and 1 lb ground sirloin, substituted BBQ sauce (Sweet Baby Rays, added 1 seeded poblano pepper divided-most of it in the meat mixture and some as topping on BBQ sauce added before baking. While I doubled the recipe, doubling the BBQ sauce was too much since most of it remained on top after baking (my BBQ loving family agrees. Next time I'll start with 1 cup and adjust depending on how it looks. Biggest surprises: I'm not a horseradish fan but it really worked in this recipe, not intense at all. I loooved the BBQ sauce flavor with the poblano although I'm not a BBQ sauce fan. Glad it worked since I was out of ketchup. Next time I will add fresh garlic.
