Turning your matzo into tortilla-like chips is so easy. We toss matzo pieces with melted butter and spices and toast them in the oven to caramelize them and get them extra crunchy, creating an ideal vehicle for your nacho cravings.
Break 10 ounces matzo into chip-size pieces. Toss with 4 tablespoons melted butter, 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder and 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt on a baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees F until toasted, 5 to 7 minutes. Sprinkle with shredded Cheddar and return to the oven to melt. Top with sour cream, diced avocado, sliced radishes, pickled jalapeño and red onion, and chopped fresh cilantro.
