This is a put together dish that you can in the grocery store, probably on your crepe packaging. quick last second dessert, but does it really need a page of its own? I would suggest for something like this to include multiple simple put together fillings, perhaps sweet and savory, that you could use for the purchased crepes. For example for sweet you might include other jams or chocolate hazelnut products and toppings such as the dusting of conf sugar to chopped nuts, sliced fruit, etc. For savory maybe chicken salad, cold or warmed, or a creamed spinach filling. Also a link to homemade crepes and homemade curd would be helpful for many who would use this site, so they would not have to do a search. By the way, I would use some real whip cream, a scoop of that ready to eat cheesecake filling (another put together!, or a nice small ice cream scoop to set off the curd. How good this would be is all in the quality of what is purchased.
