This was great....although I did put 3 canned chipotle peppers in with whatever adobo sauce was on them. It was quite spicy, but it tasted great with the southwestern zucchini and corn fritters dipped into it. I will definitely use it with other things...fajitas, tacos, etc.

Love it! What else can I use this on? I've done fish tacos, chicken tacos.

I had equal parts of sour cream and mayo I wanted to use up. Just add the chipotle and sauce. BAM! This is sooooooo good. I put it on all my sandwiches now and even in an omlette!
