This is one of the many recipes of Giada's that I make all of the time!! I love to add some extra ingredients too, such as olives that give it that extra savory taste that really melds well with the thyme. I definitely recommend this dish. It's something everyone can munch on throughout the day and it's great straight out of the oven or room temperature. It's not hard to make and is easy to eat, you don't even need a plate!!

I made this dish and although it was really good I thought it was missing something. I looked in the pantry and found smoked peppers and sun dried tomatoes. I added them with the rest of the ingredients and it was a real hit with my family. Even though some recipes are really simple you can always add your own personal touch to them to make them even better.

This is absolutely delicious. I used my local pizzeria's dough and it came out beautifully. Such an easy, quick crowd pleaser!
