This was a very easy recipe, and my first time making a quiche for my husband and son. Since I didn't have smoked ham, I used Canadian Bacon, and I added a little bit of green onion. I served fried potatoes and fresh fruit with it. The crust was a little soggy, but removing the seeds from the tomatoes will cure that.

I made this with the Pillsbury pre-made crust and set the oven to 375 for 40 minutes. It was perfect in 40 minutes!
I hosted a brunch at my hosue and was afraid of how it would come up but I had so many compliments - I will definately make this again!
