This crustless quiche is a light, fluffy custard-based casserole packed with tender Swiss chard, studded with raisins and pine nuts, and finished with a touch of grated Parmesan. Instead of the traditional crust, this quiche is lined with a scant layer of breadcrumbs. It can be served as a vegetarian main dish for lunch or dinner, but it would also be perfect as part of a larger brunch buffet.

Directions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the Swiss chard leaves and cook until tender, about 5 minutes; drain, then pat dry and chop. Meanwhile, butter the bottom and sides of a 1-quart baking dish and coat with breadcrumbs.
Whisk the eggs and heavy cream in a large bowl, then stir in the Swiss chard, pine nuts, raisins, Parmesan and 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper. Add to the prepared baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees F until set, 25 to 30 minutes.
