Directions

Marinate the chicken thighs with the rest of the ingredients for 30 minutes. Place them on the grill over medium heat. Grill thighs until juices run clear.

    This was a great inspiration. This is what I did: 1 can pineapple rings, 1 cup brown sugar, 2 big splashes of soy sauce, 3 cloves garlic. Pureed the marinade in the blender. Marinaded the chicken over night. Pat dry the chicken with paper towels, let set on the counter for 20-30 minutes. Grilled (charcoal 5 minutes each side. Transferred to a 375 degree oven for 45 minutes. Finishing in the oven will prevent the sugar from burning, but will give you nice grill marks and grilled flavor. I grilled another can of pineapple rings and cut up then mixed in rice cooked with chicken stock.

    This chicken recipe is very easy to make. It is delicious every time. My family calls this the "good chicken".

    definitely needs to be marinated 24 hours that made it amazingly tender I wish it was a little sweeter ANY SUGGESTIONS?
