You can create up to five timers

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon good olive oil
  • 3 cups whole unsalted roasted cashews
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt or sea salt

Directions

Place a medium-size saute pan over medium heat. Add olive oil and cashews and toss to coat. Add chili powder, salt, and pepper and toss until warmed through. Remove from heat and serve. They will crisp as they sit.

    Made these for a party last week and everyone raved over them. They all wanted to know what the spice was that gave it so much flavor. One of my friends took what was left and poured them in a plastic cup for the ride home. Didn't even ask if it was alright. Now that's a compliment. Thank you once again Ina!

    The ingredient list does not have pepper in it, but the directions say to add pepper. Huh?
