Ingredients
- 8 large Kumquats
- 6 whole mint leaves
- 1 lime
- 2 oz simple syrup
- 2 oz light rum
- soda water
Directions
Preparation: Slice Kumquats into coin sized shapes, discard seeds, and put into mixing glass. Add mint leaves, simple syrup, lime wedges, and muddle ingredients. Fill glass with ice, add light rum, and fill with soda water. Stir and garnish with four (4) reserved kumquat slices.

Sonoma County Mojito:
Red, black, green grapes.
Tablespoon sugar
1 lime cut into 4 wedges
6-8 mint leaves
( muddle all ingredents
2 oz silver rum
1 oz white Sonoma County wine ( any variatal
4 oz soda water
