I was a little afraid to try this because foodnetwork had not tried it. OH BOY WAS IS WRONG. This quiche is so different in a good way. So flavourful and easy to make. I bought a jar of sliced jalapenos and added them into the recipe. You decide how many. PERFECT!!!!

The recipe was a success, I did not have ant salsa on hand but I did improvise with homemade relish from my pantry, it did work. I will be trying different variations of this recipe, using a spicy sausage instead of ground beef, etc. It is a hit in my kitchen.
