This was absolutely delicious, and so healthful as a bonus! I used 2 cups of yogurt instead of 3 and might still use a little less next time. It made enough for about 4 drinks. The ginger is essential but not overpowering at all. Great for an upset stomach and even cleared my sinuses! Pineapple is a miracle fruit!
