    Flavorful

We loved this. Even the leftovers the next day tasted great even cold. It would make a nice cold type dish. Once it is... cold you could add some cucumbers, radishes and green peppers. This recipe really is versitile. I read some of the other suggestions left by other views that sound great and will try in the future.Read more

I was trying to come up with something to make just for the kids and I tonight and I ran across this that I had saved. It... whipped up in no time and the kids gobbled it down. I served it with fresh vegetables for the kids (tomatoes, carrots, snow peas) and a salad for myself. Good stuff! Read more

    Great recipe!! Very Easy!

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
I made this recipe according to the recipe the first time and it was so easy and very Yum-O. The second time I was feeling a... bit adventurous and I switched the tomatoes for grape tomatoes that I roasted in the oven first, used a flavored feta, and seasoned the pasta water with garlic powder and instant chicken bouillon powder, it turned out great and added the kick I was looking for that night!!Read more

    Excellent side dish

Very simple to make. I decided to first roast the tomatoes before adding them to the orzo. Very nice. I also added chopped... kalamata olives which added to the eye appeal and oh they taste soooooo good. This recipe is a keeper. Read more
