    KILLER!!!

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
Wow, thats two Rachael recipes in 2 days and both were fabulous. (I made her ancho chilli too,,,great,,do try it) This recipe... was so easy and had so much flavor. I roasted the tomatoes first along with a bulb of garlic (I have to put garlic in everything!) and I think it added a whole extra layer of flavor. In my frig I had about 1/2 cup of Ricotta and wanted to use it up so I figured, what the heck..It made it even more creamy. I could have eaten the whole pot myself! I'm hoping it will be good the next day and i think you could even eat it cold later..I highly recommend this to you and I will definately make it again. I think it would be a very impresive dish to serve to guests!!Read more

    Eh...

I finally cooked orzo to the perfect consistency! Unfortunately, I followed everything else as written and didn't triumph... over the kitchen Gods this time. My feta wasn't super creamy. The flavor itself was very strong, too strong for my taste (and I really like feta!). The feta hardened up really fast as well. All in all I don't think I would make this again as it stands, maybe add a little whipping cream to the feta for a creamier consistency. Read more

    Try it with Goat Cheese!

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
I made this dish with goat cheese with herbs instead of feta and it was delicious! It's mac and cheese all grown up! Yum!

    LOVED it!

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
We made this the other night with the Chicken Souvlaki like she did on 30 minute meals. We absolutely loved it!!! I think she... said that you could serve it cold but we loved it warm. The melted feta with the butter was so yummy! The tomatoes added a nice flavor. So good! Read more
