Ingredients

2 pints strawberries, halved or quartered
1 cup heavy cream
1 rounded tablespoon sugar
1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped

Directions

Pile strawberries into 4 to 6 small dessert cups or glass dishes. Beat cream and sugar into soft peaks. Pile cream on top of berries and sprinkle chopped macadamia nuts on top.

I love Strawberries and this was such a nice way to use them all!!!. Sometimes they spoil quickly.. I made the whipped cream ( Easy!!! , and my strawberries were plump, red and sweet. I loved it.. So easy and refreshing for dessert. I will definitely make this one again.. This recipe will impress your guests. It looks appetizing.

I loved the sweet strawberries with the somewhat salty macadamia nuts. My husband loves strawberries and he loved this recipe! Great!
