Rachel Ray has this recipe with ginger too. Not even sure I would add ginger or cloves. Everything without those ingredients would be delish. I added bits of chocolate and used whipped cream. So fast and easy. Will do again.

It is simple and easy to make. After it was done I couldn't stop sampling it. I added a little more butter (just like Paula Deen would do and a tab more cinnamon. Since my husband has to have food that is gluten free it is ideal for him.
