Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 pounds red potatoes, unpeeled, cut into cubes
  • 1 stick (8 tablespoons) salted butter, cut into cubes
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Seasoned salt
Directions
  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

  • Put the potatoes in a deep cast-iron skillet with the cubes of butter and sea salt, pepper and seasoned salt to taste. Roast until brown and sizzling, turning halfway through, 30 to 40 minutes total.
