I'm giving one star because I know Ree knows better!  When I looked at the 2 min. video here in addition to the show today, it confirmed that they wouldn't be crisp or anywhere near done, based on the size of the fries she cut on the show.  Just looking at the finished product on the video here verifies that.  Fries are supposed to be crisp - they required a lot more baking time and still not crisp.  There's no excuse for that - clearly was not tested out with other cooks.  A major disappointment and don't understand how this oversight occurred.
