Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons capers
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves
- 3 tablespoons chopped parsley leaves
- 1 tablespoon chopped shallot
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper
- 2 (4 to 6-ounce) halibut fillets, roasted, using your favorite method
Directions
In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except the halibut. Spoon some of the salsa over the fish and serve.
