EXCELLENT smoothie and easy to make. I can't eat strawberries so I substituted nectarines and it was sweet enough without the honey....mint is a perfect little punch at the end.

I also added 3 capsules of flaxseed oil, and could imagine that this would make a perfect brunch drink with a little peach schnapps. Thank you, Robert Irvine!

I thought this was the best smotthie I have ever had...including ones bought in commercial places. The mint made it POP. I was surprised that it made so much different in flavor. Normally mint isn't something I would include in such a recipe. I also put in the honey.
