Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • 1 lemon
  • 4 (6-ounce) Tilapia fillets
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1⁄3 cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish, or more to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves

Directions

Preheat the broiler. Coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray.

Finely grate 1 teaspoon of zest from the lemon and set aside. Squeeze the juice from the lemon over both sides of the fish. Season both sides of the fish with salt and pepper, to taste, and the garlic powder. Place the fish on the prepared baking sheet and broil until fork-tender, about 3 minutes per side.

Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon zest, horseradish, chives, and parsley. Serve the fish with the mayonnaise mixture spooned over the top.

    Perfect Everything!!!

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
My whole family (35, 25, 5, and 2 year-old) loved this dish. From the cook time to the taste was perfect all the way... through. I enjoyed the amount of lemon in the fish as well as the sauce. I used half of one large lemon while cooking (fish and sauce), and used the other half at the table to serve with the fish. Perfection at its best! Please try this easy and great tasting dish. Excellent Dish!! But hold the lemon

Rated: 4 stars out of 5
This was my first time ever cooking Tilapia. I followed the recipe and was pleasantly surprised. However, I did NOT use as... much lemon as the recipe called for. I took a fresh lemon and squeezed the juice over the fish...not too much tough. Also, I left the lemon zest out of the horseradish/mayo sauce. I did find that I had to cook it a little longer on each side. The end result was awesome! Read more

    Bad combo.

The lemon was way too over powering in the mayo, you couldn't taste the horseradish and it was just bad all around. I... followed the recipe exactly as its stated.. I will not be cooking this again.Read more
