Ingredients
- Olive oil cooking spray
- 16-ounce tube prepared polenta, sliced into 1/2-inch thick rounds
- Salt and ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup minced fresh herbs
Directions
Oil grill or saute pan on medium-high heat.
Season polenta with salt and pepper. Arrange polenta rounds in pan. Cook 7 to 10 minutes, turning once, until polenta rounds are golden brown and heated through.
Sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve.

I tried it a couple days ago and it was sooo yummy and delisous. Better yet, it smells ... AAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
