Ingredients
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 bottle ready-to-serve Mojito mix (recommended: Smirnoff)
- 1 liter bottle sparkling water
- 8 sprigs fresh mint, for garnish
Directions
In a large pitcher, add the blueberries and muddle until they release their juices. Pour in the ready-to-serve Mojito mix and sparkling water and stir. Pour into glasses filled with ice and garnish with a mint sprig and serve.

Loved it, I didn't get as much blueberry taste as I wanted, Next time I will add more.

Loved it! I didn't use sparkling water (used regular and didn't even get the mint. The blueberries make the color really pretty and it's light so mix it with the water to make it even lighter or add more mix if you want more of that mojito taste!
