A wonderful coctail for brunch or special gathering, we used lemon flavored run instead of the brandy and a can of sprite!

I found this very hard to drink. It seemed to need something to sweeten it up. Also, the crushed pineapple was awful - it gave it such a bad consistency. Was very disappointed in this recipe.

This punch is great for parties. I mix all the ingredients (minus the champagne in pitchers and keep in the fridge prior to the party. I learned not to use crushed pineapple and instead use pineapple juice. Otherwise, you are drinking pieces of pineapple.
