Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons fresh pomegranate seeds
- 8 ounces Champagne or sparkling wine
- 2 ounces pear juice
- 2 ounces pomegranate juice
Directions
Place 2 Champagne flutes into the freezer to chill for 10 minutes.
Remove the glasses from the freezer.
To each glass add: 1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds, 4 ounces Champagne, 1 ounce pear juice, and 1 ounce pomegranate juice.

I made this for Christmas this year and it was a huge hit! I increased the portions and served in a punch bowl with wine glasses. It was gone before I got to the bar for a glass! Definately a double batch for next year! Thanks Sandra!
