Very good, creamy and delicious. Also this recipe is so easy to change up by just adding different types of fruit. Thanks for posting!

Looked so good I added the ingredients to my shopping list even before I printed the recipe! Made mine with a fresh peach because I had to use it but all other ingredients the same. Could still taste the tofu so I added the rest of the can of mango nectar, a little vanilla extract and a packet of Sweet n' Low which brought it up to 2 servings. Put mine in a frosty mug for now--the rest for later. Bet the vanilla vodka would kill the taste of the tofu. :

We all enjoyed this smoothie. I made it as written (without the vodka and it easily made enough for two, with a little extra. It was rich, creamy, with just the right amount of tart.
