You can create up to five timers

Ingredients

  • 1 (18-ounce) package refrigerated sugar cookie dough, softened
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • Prepared chocolate frosting

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Grease mini-cupcake pans with nonstick cooking spray. Mix cookie dough with peanut butter just until swirled. Press 1 rounded teaspoonful of dough into each of the prepared cups. Bake for 12 minutes. Cool in pans. Run a small knife carefully around the edge. Remove from pans to a cooling rack. When completely cool, place a scant teaspoonful of frosting in the center of each cookie.

    No mater how much you wish it were so, chocolate frosting is not fudge. Please stop trying to pass it off as such.

    Where's the "homemade" part? I thought it was supposed to be 70% fresh, 30% packaged ingredients. This looks 100% packaged to me.

    We baked these for 10 minutes instead of 12 minutes, and substituted the chocolate frosting with peanut butter cups. Oooh boy the result was a little messy when eating, but soooo tasty!
