Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons vodka, frozen
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- Pinch ground cinnamon
- Pinch ground nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until combined.
Alternates and substitutes for flavorings:
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons strawberry jam
- 1 tablespoon mint, finely chopped

You cannot freeze vodka in your freezer unless it reaches somewhere between -20º to -100º C. Thanks again Food Network! Keep up the good work.

Absolutely a fun dessert! We've made this several times with different flavorings, including the peanut butter and chocolate blend - my husband's favorite. Last week we added malt powder with a dash of home made vanilla extract and now my husband can't decide which is his favorite. We'll also be trying the cherry variety, which should make him even more indecisive. Thanks, Sunny...
To Chef #409798 - storing Vodka in the freezer merely makes it seriously cold - perfect for martinis - but alcohol doesn't freeze solid.
