Smoke Daddy's Brisket
- 1 part salt and 1 part ground black pepper
- 1 (15-pound) brisket
Rub the salt and pepper mixture into the brisket. Smoke the brisket for 8 to 10 hours. Trim the brisket then slice and it's ready to serve.
