Great recipe and my kids loved it (even the noodles!. I made a couple of changes - I used cream of celery soup (my kids don't like mushrooms and I added a bag of frozen peas and carrots to the sauce as it cooked. A definite keeper for those hectic nights!

One word: YUM! I was a bit worried about using a "pasta substitute" but to my surprise it was delicious!! A bit chewy but still very appetizing!! Fast and easy. Loved it! Will make it again and again! Thank you "Hungry Girl."
