Ingredients

1/4 cup Jif® Creamy Reduced Fat Peanut Spread

1 (16 oz.) jar chunky salsa

1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder

1 1/2 teaspoons cumin

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 cup water

1/2 pound dry rotelle or rotini pasta (2-1/2 cups dry), cooked according to package directions and drained

1/2 cup reduced-fat shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. COMBINE peanut butter, salsa, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder and water in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring until well combined.
  2. STIR in cooked pasta. Garnish with cheese just before serving.
