Rated: 4 stars out of 5
Made this yesterday as a double batch and adding 1 red onion. It was pretty good as is. I doctored it on day 2 with about 1... & 1/2 cups eaten. I added 3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce and 1 jalapeno! It is awesome!! It's pretty spicy though, so you've got to like it HOT! Read more

If you love this, then try this

Rated: 4 stars out of 5
Im hispanic myself, so I know a good salsa. I just got my moms recipe and over the years made it better. Try this, Its the... real mexican salsa. This serves my family of 6 for about a week. 6 jalapenos(use less for less spice) 5 tomatoes 1/4 of an onion 1 clove of garlic( 2 cloves for the garlic fans) 3/4 of a bunch of cilantro leaves v8 tomato juice( about 3 small cans or just add to your taste) a teaspoon of tomato bouillon( you can use chicken) dashes of salt, pepper, and cummin( again, add to your taste) lime juice( 1/4 of a lime squeezed) I would usually blend mine, but if you like it chunky then dice it up. Everybody loves it. Read more

    Super Hot...

Rated: 4 stars out of 5
This salsa is good but if you don't like things extremely spicey, I would recommend testing it with one pepper first and then... working your way up. This will keep your mouth on fire for a while. Needs onions as well.Read more

I would recommend Peperoncini's (they are both used for sandwiches and have a similar taste)
