Ingredients

  • 1/2 cabbage, shredded and finely chopped
  • 1/2 large onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon celery salt
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Directions

In a large bowl add all ingredients and mix well. Chill and serve.

    This is my favorite coleslaw recipe...I added one carrot and chopped it with the onion in the food processor...also used "Jane's Salt" and used Veggie Pepper and added 1/2 teaspoon celery seed...Also added 1T. Organic Apple Cider Vinegar for alittle "bite"...Delicious..!

    This is going to be added to my recipe box as one of my favorite coleslaw recipes. It is very creamy and crunchy. I did use packaged coleslaw with carrots from the store and it turned delicious.
