  • 4 ears fresh corn

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place corn husks directly on the oven rack and roast for 30 minutes or until corn is soft. Peel down the husks and use as a handle when eating.

    I love this recipe. As a person who loves flavor, I enjoyed the fact that this recipe didn't need any seasoning. I have really picky kids and both wanted seconds.

    This is great. You can season it any way you want after you roast it. I am having it tonight. THIS IS WONDERFUL FOR PEOPLE WHO CAN ONLY COOK MEALS THAT ARE SUPER SIMPLE BECAUSE OF DISABILITIES AND STILL WANT HOME COOKED MEALS.
