Balloons, Bikes and Bricks in Palm Springs, CA

At La Quinta Resort and Club in Palm Springs, CA, Joey tests his courage by jumping out of a hot air balloon 7,000 feet straight up. Tori opts to take a leisurely bike tour to La Quinta Cove and Holy Moses Rock. Afterwards, they both try some spa therapy.

Joey Altman and Tori Ritchie visit Loreto to procure clams for their clambake. They kayak around Isla Coronado in the Gulf of California and tour a remote goat cheese ranch and make homemade tortillas.

Joey and Tori explore the mysterious Joshua Tree National Park in 29 Palms, CA. After climbing massive rock formations and buggying through the desert "Mad Max" style they have a moroccan feast and sample fried rattlesnake.

Tori and Joey travel back to the old west at the 20,000 acre V6 Ranch in Cholame Valley, CA.

Joey and Tori take a Zodiac tour around Maui and learn how to whip up Tuna Poke; Snorkel off Lanai and get a sushi lesson; Take a jeep tour of Mt Haleakala and sample some strawberries; Grand Wailea Water Park.

Joey and Tori explore Baja, Mexico, and whip up a freshly caught yellowtail abroad a fishing boat. In the mountain desert town of San Javier, they meet Rosina Veliz and prepare some authentic tamales and carnitas.

Home, Home on the Lake (Powell, AZ)

Tori and Joey tour Lake Powell, AZ, in style on a houseboat, The Admiral. The Admiral also comes equipped with a speedboat, which Joey and Tori water ski. Then they reward themselves with a Frittata Boat Brunch.

In Our Backyard (San Francisco)

At home in their beloved city of San Francisco, Joey and Tori visit their favorite food haunts on in-line skates and a razor scooter. Their adventures include a picnic by the Golden Gate Bridge, a Bi-Plane Tour of Sonoma and a visit with a trapeze artist.

Following the Aloha Spirit

Tori and Joey explore the marvels of Hawaii's Big Island including the Valley waterfall, Kapoloa Falls and fluming/kayaking around the historic Kohala Sugar Plantation irrigation system. Plus they try roast pork in the ground and fresh shrimp Hawaiian Style.

Whitewater, Green River (Utah)

Tori and Joey run the rapids on the Green River in Utah's Dinosaur National Monument. But when things settle down on the river they pull over on a sandy beach and make Fish Cooked with Banana Leaves and Riverside Posole.

Apres Ski School (Sun Valley, Idaho)

Tori and Joey take on the ski mountain in historic Sun Valley, Idaho. After snowboarding, they reward their guides with an alpine picnic and then they warm up by the fire in the log cabin with Raclette cheese and a Chocolate Cherry Fondue.

Iced Over (Waconia, MN)

Native Californians, Joey and Tori brave a trip to Minnesota, smack dab in the middle of winter. They learn how to go skijoring, are treated to a dog sled ride, go ice fishing, and sample wild rice griddle cakes, elk steaks, squash soup, and fresh walleye.

Sawtooth, Snow Kitchen (Sun Valley, Idaho)

Tori and Joey begin their backcountry adventure in the Sawtooth Mountains by fixing a breakfast of French Toast Bread Pudding, Spiced Pears, Corkscrew Bacon, and Pepper Beef Jerky. After snowshoe hiking, Tori fries up a Giant Rosti and Joey grills Bison Steak.
