A glass hurricane or other style of vase ($11) is an affordable vessel for fall nuts and berries. Fill one with walnuts in the shell ($2/half pound) and cranberries ($1.50/half pound), then glue a simple ribbon adornment or apply gold washi tape around the cylinder and fasten with a leaf sticker (10 cents each).
