- Paper shredder
- Pasta dough
- Rolling pin
- Before using the shredder, clean it so that your pasta does not taste like oil.
- Remove the trash bin attached to the shredder before using.
- Cover the pasta dough in flour and roll it out to desired thickness using a rolling pin. If you do not own a rolling pin, a wine bottle is a fine substitute.
- Turn on the shredder and run the dough through to cut the pasta.
Note: Some paper shredders will not turn on unless the overwrite button is pushed. To keep from pushing this button the whole time, roll up a piece of tape and lodge it to prevent the button from sliding.
