    So Moist And Tasted Great!

I made these burgers on Sunday (yesterday). I went the cheaper route and bought the pink salmon that you had to remove the... bones and skin; that was too much work and I will get what is recommended in the recipe next time; nevertheless they were well seasoned and supermoist; I had a little trouble keeping the burgers together but putting them in the oven for a little longer than the recipe requires solved that problem; to cut calories I used sauteed spinach instead of bread; I am having the leftover for lunch today.Read more

Awesome - - MUST use fresh salmon and MUST double the mayo! We always want salmon in burger form now -not as healthy, but... worth the extra calories! Read more

    Unremarkable

Followed the recipe to a T and this turned out strange. When I was a kid, my mom used to make these gross tuna patty things.... These resembled those far more than I was hoping. The freshness of the lemon and onion and parsley is a nice attempt at covering up the "canned fish" taste and smell, but it wasn't successful. My house is going to reek of fish for a few days, unfortunately. For the price of the canned salmon, next time I'll just get a pound of fresh or frozen salmon and make a fresh burger! I will not be making this one again. Read more

One of my new favorites! My boyfriend loved it. Have to say the dill mayo made this dish. I did have some trouble with it... falling apart so next time I might add some panko to the outside as well. They just didn't look as breaded as the picture even though I followed the recipie. I will be passing this recipe on to friends. Read more

These were awesome! I wasn't sure about using canned salmon, but they were great! I've already made them several times for my... fiance and we both love them. Read more
