I just discovered this recipe, and OMG am I glad I did! Absolutely delicious, and I didn't even have all of the fresh herbs. I did not have parsley or dill so I used some homemade dill salt. Aaron earns the title of Big Daddy on this one! Thank you, Aaron! This is a keeper.

So delicious and easy to make though I always stumble for this reason. Do I add 4 TBLS. of the Dill/Mayo mix to the burger mix and reserve the other 4 TBLS. for the spread on top sauce? 1/2 cup of mayo is equal to 8 TBLS. Oh and I add a touch of garlic and enjoy that extra layered effect of great flavors.
