Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes, or to taste
- 2 heads broccoli, cut in small florets
- Salt and freshly cracked black pepper
- Splash chicken stock
Directions
In a large saute pan over medium-high heat, add the oil. Stir in the garlic and red pepper flakes and cook until the garlic begins to brown, about 1 minute. Stir in the chicken stock and cover to steam for a few minutes. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve.

This is so good, just a few ingredients, and a few minutes to make a tasty dish. My husband's chemo raised his blood pressure and he had to go on a low sodium diet. This was a perfect recipe,we didn't miss the salt a bit.
