Ingredients
- Coconut water, regular or flavored
- 2 bananas
- 2 mangos
- 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
Directions
Fill ice trays with the coconut water and freeze until solid.
Place the fruit, honey and 12 to 14 coconut water-flavored ice cubes into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

I thought this was a pretty tasty smoothie. I did not have time to freeze coconut water, but I had a fresh coconut and just poured some of the fresh coconut milk over ice cubes and mixed with the rest of the ingredients. I also did not add as much banana as I think it has a tendency to overtake the whole flavor of a smoothie. A smooth, creamy consistency, neither too sweet or too tart.
