I made this for Thanksgiving with my in-laws and they were impressed! My husband is not big on sweets, and has never been interested in cranberry sauce, but he loved this recipe. My only suggestion is to consider your preference for smooth cranberry sauce vs. whole berry cranberry sauce when following the step that specifies adding only half the cranberries at a time. Next time I will add the entire portion of cranberries at once and let it cook down a bit because I prefer the smoother consistency. Following the recipe yields more berry texture. I also think I'll skip the blackberries. The flavor is good, but I didn't care for the chunky seeds. Even using half the amount called for, the blackberries were plentiful. I also recommend making this the night before you plan to eat, after sitting overnight it's the perfect consistency. Also, I added the jalapenos with the ginger. This is a new tradition for us. Thanks, Bobby! :-

Flavor was good but way to much liquid. This wasn't a relish it was a soup. The recipe calls for 1 1/2 cups of fresh orange juice. Ha, I had to boil it forever to reduce and then still remove quite a bit of the liquid. The quantity of orange juice must have been an error on someones part or a bad joke. dissappointed I had to find out on T-Day. Use only half the orange juice for this recipe. I give this recipe 2 stars just because of this huge error in liquid quantity. Come on, didn't any other reviews have this problem.

Just getting ready to make this and noticed there is no mention of the jalepeno pepper in the instructions. I guess you just sit and look at them. I just love recipes that omit things.
