Ingredients
- 5 pounds ground buffalo
- 1/2-ounce kosher salt
- About 1/3-ounce ground black pepper
- 9 ounces bread crumbs
- Rolls or buns, for serving
- Toppings of choice
Directions
For the buffalo burger:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Haven't made it, but .... how does 5 lbs of meat (80 oz. make 6-7 6 oz. burgers???? You only need 2.5 lbs meat. So are the other ingredients in proportion to 5 lbs meat or 6-7 6 OZ burgers??

This is one outstanding burger. No condiments needed. The olive oil was a nice addition.
