Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- Pinch of Sugar
- 2 large onions, thinly sliced
- Salt and Pepper
Directions
Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and toss to coat with butter. Cover and slowly cook onions, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until a golden Color is reached. Turn heat up to medium high and begin to brown the onions, stirring constantly about 10 more minutes. Season with salt and pepper

pretty good i added some sugar to help it caramelize faster but overall it was great

These were very good. I read the other comment about the missing sugar, so I took their advice and just tossed it in at the beginning. It made a quick and easy compliment to baked chicken. I'll be sure to use this again, especially the next time I make steak for dinner.

What about the sugar? I believe you should add it at the beginning to help in the caramelizing process, but the recipe never says what to do with it.
