I tried this Dark and Spooky recipe with the unfiltered Bruce Cost Ginger Ale, it was awesome and everyone loved it at the party!

@ Chef #1089680 this is definitely one of our official drinks. Dark and Stormy's are always made with ginger beer to give it that extra kick and never ginger ale. You also need to use dark rum and Black Seal is the best. It is a good drink in fact I knocked back a few last weekend! Only giving it three stars because you HAVE to use the ginger beer otherwise it will not taste right!

It might have just been personal taste, but I was very disappointed with this drink. I like rum and ginger ale and lime, but the lime just took over the drink. Even cutting it down didn't make it much better. Will not be making this again.
