Ingredients
- 2 to 3 ripe bananas
- 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
- 1 to 2 tablespoons honey (test banana sweetness)
Directions
Cut the bananas into 1-inch pieces and freeze. Put the frozen bananas in a food processor and puree, scraping down sides periodically, until smooth. Add the peanut butter and honey and puree. Serve immediately or refreeze until ready to enjoy.

Wonderful recipe. I like it that you don't use sugar and that there are only couple of basic ingredients so there is no need to shop especially for that.

Very good! I think I will add some chocolate chips and walnuts to this, still only 5 ingredients, or better yet, make it the middle of 2 chocolate chip cookies for an Ice Cream Sandwich : I was pleasantly surprised by how good this actually is.

Delicious, easy, and healthy! This will fake out any husband who wants to eat full fat ice cream -- little will he know that he's getting a serving of fruit! Crunchy PB works fine too, try it with a few mini chocolate chips sprinkled on it or Nilla Wafers. Enjoy!
