I made this last night to go with Ellie's Chicken Satay and it was great. It's quick and easy and healthy.

I plan on making it again.

Ellie you have done it again. I bought 2 pounds of baby bok choy at my Oriental Grocer and was wondering how can I make this a little different than usual. I came across your recipe ( I also have your cook book. This was made in a flash and will be my favorite way to make bok choy. A real keeper. I wish you were on in the evenings.

Excellent taste. Throw in some red cabbage (handily left over from the Spicy Beef Tacos and you have a real winner.
