We went on a riverboat cruise in New Orleans in 2005. We had assigned tables at dinner and we have been friends with our fellow diners ever since. We get together several times a year and our list visit was at our house and there had to be hurricanes! Everyone loved this recipe and it brought back fond memories of Pat O'Brien's! We, too, felt it was sweet enough and omitted the sugar. Other than that we followed the recipe to a T using sour mix option rather than fresh limes because I knew we would be making several batches and didn't want to spend all of that time squeezing!

DELICIOUS! We drank these on the beach, and they were not too sweet, actually quite refreshing. This will be my go-to summer drink when we have people visiting and want a special treat to sip on at the beach. Cheers!
