    Good, Tasty, and Fast

I like this particular recipe because it gives more specific amounts. You can still adjust to your taste. I did what a... previous review suggested, and tasted after the first lime. Fast, good, and easy.

This is a simple and tasty recipe for a simple Mexican condiment. I, however, must agree with the previous reviewer... concerning the amount of lime. I tasted after the first lime was added and felt that was plenty. Limes (as with any fruit) change their tartness/sweetness as they ripen, so be sure to taste first before adding too much!Read more

    Too sour

This was a good recipe overall but I would cut down on the lime to 1 lime instead of 2.

The best pico de gallo I've ever had. Served it at a party, and the compliments were too numerous to count.
