We season cauliflower florets with a simple, pantry-friendly mix of dried spices, then air fry them until golden and crisp for an easy weeknight side dish. A quick and creamy honey mustard sauce is the perfect accompaniment for dipping or drizzling.
For the cauliflower: Toss the cauliflower florets with the olive oil, ground mustard, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, 1 teaspoon salt and several grinds of pepper in a large bowl until combined. Transfer to a 6-quart air fryer. Air fry at 375 degrees F, tossing halfway through, until tender, golden brown and crisp at the edges, 20 to 25 minutes (see Cook's Note).
For the creamy honey mustard sauce: Meanwhile, whisk the honey, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar and a generous pinch of salt in a small bowl until smooth and combined. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Sprinkle the parsley over the cauliflower and serve with the creamy honey mustard sauce for dipping or drizzling.
