Yummy! I was looking for a quick way to add flavor to chicken. I ended up marinating the chicken in some of the salsa and then serving the rest on the side. It got rave reviews! Perfect amount of heat and wonderful medley of flavors.

This is excellent! Make it a little ahead of time to let the flavors develop. I love it as a salsa w/chips and with additional heat; I like to add Serrano and/or Habanero peppers. Love, love, love!

Great color and texture! This recipe is great for a summer party, potluck or picnic. Just enough spice, and sweet flavors balance the zip.
